I am half way though completing the book – 8 chapters done and 8 to go. It’s an amazing experience! I feel so blessed by God to be bringing this great information to those who will most benefit from it.
Click here to read the second chapter, of my 2011 edition of Law of Success, on achieving what you want most in life. The following is an excerpt from the lesson.
Any definite chief aim that is deliberately fixed in the mind and held there, with the determination to realize it, finally saturates the entire subconscious mind until it automatically influences the physical action of the body toward the attainment of that purpose.
The chapter tells just how to do this. It it is working for me and others in my Success Warrior Program, who enthusiastically meet every week to help each other get closer to the goal we set for December 2011.
When two or more people harmonize their minds and produce the effect known as a “Master Mind,” each person in the group becomes filled with the power to contact with and gather knowledge through the “subconscious” minds of all the other members of the group. This power becomes immediately noticeable, having the effect of stimulating the minds to a higher rate of vibration, and otherwise evidencing itself in the form of a more vivid imagination and the consciousness of what appears to be a sixth sense.

The above quote is an extract from the first module, Master Mind, in the self-learning course on Law of success by me and Napoleon Hill.
As I have done for many corporation, I used special tricks to enable you to get the lesson in a just a few minutes. I included sub-titles, pull quotes for main points, and special presentation of the wonderful examples by Napoleon Hill.
Of course I want something by giving this module to you for free. I want your feedback. But even more than that, I want you to live the purpose for which you came here. I want you to succeed at whatever is your passion. I want you to wake up and get your life!
Click here to read (or skim) this lesson on Master Mind. it is critical to the remaining 15 lessons of Law of Success, which is likely to change your life if you follow all 16 lessons. Next week I will present the lesson on ‘Chief Major Aim,‘ which is about achieving the purpose, dream, or goal you want most to achieve.
Are you ready to change your life and bring greater success to you?
Here is an excerpt from the introductory e-book in the Success Warrior Series. Takes 10 minutes just to contemplate the journey you are about to go on. I have already introduced some of this information in this blog, but it will be of value to review this e-book and assess the quality of what I am giving you. All that is essential now is that you read the introduction below. Note, the books are free for now, so you can access the quality of what I am giving you.
Introduction to The Success Warrior Series
This is a series on the fundamentals of success. Success is very largely a matter of adjusting one’s self to the ever varying and changing environments, in a spirit of harmony and poise. Harmony is based upon understanding of the forces constituting one’s environment; therefore, this series is in reality a blueprint that may be followed straight to success, because it helps to interpret, understand and make the most of these environmental forces of life.
The Law of Success course on which this series is based has been tested and endorsed by some of the most practical minds of Napoleon Hill’s time. It was first used as a lecture and delivered by Hill in practically every city in the United States, over a period of more than seven years.
It was used by Hill as a basis for training of over 3,000 men and women in sales. The majority of these individuals had no previous sales experience. This training helped them to earn more than $1,000,000 for themselves and paid Napoleon $30,000 for his services, covering a period of approximately six months. Remember, this was in the early 20th century. Imaging what these amounts would be today.
The purpose of the sixteen laws covered in this series is to develop or help you achieve the success you desire. This is your business in life, or at least the most important part of it.
Success within this series means the achievement of your “Definite Chief Aim.” Regardless of what your major aim in life may be, you will attain it with much less difficulty after you learn how to develop the personality, alliances, negotiation skills that draw success.
You cannot enjoy outstanding success in life without power, and you can never enjoy power without sufficient personality to influence other people to cooperate with you in a spirit of harmony. This series shows you step by step how to develop such a personality.
Next week I will begin Lesson 1 of my series on the “Law of Success” based on Napoleon’s masterpiece by the same title. As promised, you give me just 10 minutes each week and I will show you how to achieve your dreams.
I have a personal connection to this teaching, which I must make clear. While this is about business and financial success, it is also about being of service in the world, following the laws of good. When I found myself in the hospital some years ago, rendered virtually immobile after a stroke, yet still living, I was haunted by 2 questions:
who am I, and
what is my purpose?
I received my answers, which I heard clearly, yet I heard no sound! It is as though God spoke into my head, and said clear as day:
You are love
Share your story with the world
It is that love within me that has me adapt 1000+ pages of Hill’s lessons, and put them in a format that people who are committed to doing good will understand. It is divine love that brought me to these lessons, without searching for them. It is that same love that has me leading the ‘Law of Success’ as an on-line program, and seeing great shifts even within myself.
Each of the principles of success, mentioned in each lesson can be connected to some divine law (such as written in the Bible). Though Napoleon Hill came off more like a scientology kind of guy, his purpose or commitment to teaching people about the link between treating each other with love and fairness, is obvious, even if not clearly stated.
Most importantly, know that these lessons are proven principles of life. Napoleon proved these laws though research with thousands of successful people, the likes of Ford, known as the American inventor of the automobile and the greatest business man of his time.
I have experienced the Laws of Success to be true, and absolutely magical when mastered. I have seen this in my 32 years as an adult, almost as many years as a professional, and a life time striving to realize the good that is within me.
But as we say, words mean nothing without action that lead to some real result. So I invite you next week onto my ‘field of dreams.’ If you can commit 10 minutes to learn a lesson each week and then apply what you have learned, you will make a major shift in achieving your dreams. I will give you the information. It will be up to you to use it.
Do have something you desperately want to achieve? If so, it is a waste of time to dream, unless you are ready to make it happen!
I have been a human development professional for some 20 years. I have been using my expertise to help people achieve whatever dream they set their mind on. I faced death as a result of a stroke, and was reminded that we do not have limitless time to make our dreams come true. So I began living my dream and allowed myself to be a vehicle for teaching others how.
I am re-developing this blog and an online learning centre as a field of dreams; a place where people come with their dreams, their most greatest desires, and access teachings, support, and collaboration, that makes great things happen in their lives.
Starting September 28, participate in our learning sessions via this blog, for just 10 minutes over a 16 week period, and you will see a clear path to realizing your dreams.
The nourishment or fundamental wisdom I am using is based on the proven success strategies of the great Napoleon Hill. He helped millions of people find wealth, success and happiness. He was not just a writer of famous books, such as Think And Grow Rich, which is one of the best-selling success books of all time. But Hill also successfully taught many thousands of people, especially sales people, how to dramatically increase their income. I am using this same course material that he used, adapted to our time, in my learning center (on-going currently) and will be using it in this blog beginning in 2 weeks.
Anyone that follows the material in this program is bound to make amazing progress towards achieving their dream. I know this because I began using this material to lead 7 students on-line, for 60 minutes per week in a training program. In just 4 weeks, everyone is already speaking of significant progress towards achieving their chief aim in life.
An aspiring writer was constantly bitching and complaining about not working in her field. Since our program, she found, applied to and got into a select group of business professionals in New York City, and is now their writing expert.
I am going to give you a taste of what I have given the individuals in the online course, by way of a 10 minute lesson each week, as well as tools such as reading materials and weekly exercises.
In the meantime, with 2 weeks from today being week 1, here are the topics you must master to claim the success you want:
Week 1 – Mastermind
Week 2 – Definite Chief Aim
Week 3 – Self-Confidence
Week 4 – Habit of Saving
Week 5 – Initiative and Leadership
Week 6 – Imagination
Week 7 – Enthusiasm
Week 8 – Self-Control
Week 9 – Habit of Doing More Than Paid For
Week 10 – Pleasing personality
Week 11 – Accurate Thinking
Week 12 – Concentration
Week 13 – Cooperation
Week 14 – Profiting by Failure
Week 15 – Tolerance
Week 16 – Practicing The Golden Rule
Master all 16 of these topics, and you WILL achieve results. Don’t take my word for it. Try it. But, as said by Napoleon Hill, don’t assess your full results until you have completed Lesson 16.
Lesson 1 will be available in 2 weeks. See you, and your dreams, then.
Watch the following 1 minute and 20 seconds video before continuing this article. It is crucial to the information presented in this article.
If you did not watch the video, or if you watched it after you read the rest of the article, you may spoil or miss a phenomenal demonstration.
This video demonstrates how when our attention is focused on one thing in particular, we become blind to everything else. But how does recognizing mind blindness help us to eliminate the problem of being overwhelmed.
Today’s society is filled with so many distractions – emails, phone calls, movie stars, people coming to us for help, and the list goes on. These distractions often pull us away from what is really essential to us. They grab our attention, and we are unable to see a gorilla beating its chest in front of our face, as demonstrated powerfully in the video.
We must therefore use strategies to keep us focused on our primary objectives or goals. For example, my goal is to do an abridged version of one lesson of Napoleon’s Hill’s Law of Success each week. This last week I was feeling particularly overwhelmed, as I have other things competing for my time, such as learning Adobe CS5, answering my emails, responding to those who come to me for some sort of assistance, and so on and so on. Each one of these things cause my mind to go blind and I lose track of time.
So how do we stay focused? Martha Beck in her article Wait! Stop! It’s All Too Much!, at Oprah.com, provide some great advise, on page 3 of the article. Most important to me is the advise of doing those important things in small chunks, so that I have less chance of being railroaded by distractions, and I also get a sense of accomplishment and control over the things that are essential.
I have also learned to schedule even the smallest, seemingly non-essential, things. Having a specific time for checking emails and answering calls can save a lot of time. Even when planning schedule, I integrate time for those inevitable distractions.
It is not easy to get those distractions under control, for we are creatures of habit, and habits do not change easily. Still, making the effort to focus and direct our attention on the essential, if only for small chunks of time, will save us from the inevitable frustration of being overwhelmed.
If you have some strategies that you have used to avert mind blindness and keep from being overwhelmed, please share.
